Author Guidelines
Authors must adhere to the following guidelines when submitting their manuscripts:
Originality
Submitted manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
Language
Manuscripts should be written in clear and concise English.
Manuscript Length
Ensure the length of the manuscript fits the designated category:
- Review Articles: Up to 7,000 words
- Original Research: Up to 5,000 words
- Short Communications: Up to 1,500 words
- Case Reports: Up to 750 words
- Letters to the Editor: Up to 500 words
Submission System
Manuscripts must be submitted through the online submission platform.
Ethics
Authors should confirm that their research complies with ethical guidelines for human or animal subjects and declare any conflicts of interest.

Manuscripts should be prepared following these formatting guidelines:

Manuscript Structure
Submissions must be in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
- Title Page: Include the manuscript title, authors’ full names, affiliations, and corresponding author’s e-mail address.
- Abstract: Provide a concise abstract of up to 250 words, summarizing the research aim, methods, results, and conclusions.
- Keywords: Up to 5 keywords relevant to the content of the article.
- Main Text: Structured as follows: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
- Acknowledgments: List contributors and sources of funding if applicable.
- References: Follow the Vancouver style. Ensure all cited works are included in the reference list.
- Key points include:
- Citation in text: References are cited using Arabic numerals in parentheses or superscript in the order they appear in the text (e.g., ¹).
- Reference list: All references are listed at the end of the manuscript in numerical order, corresponding to their first appearance in the text.
- Author names: List up to six authors. If there are more than six, list the first six followed by “et al.”
- Journal articles: Include author(s), article title, journal title (abbreviated according to PubMed), year, volume, and page numbers.
- Books: Include author(s), title, edition, place of publication, publisher, and year.
- Online resources: Provide author(s), title, website name, publication date (if available), and the URL with the access date.
Figures and Tables
Figures and tables should be placed within the manuscript text at appropriate points. They should be numbered consecutively and have descriptive captions.
Formatting
- Use A4 size paper, Times New Roman font.

Manuscripts that do not conform to the template will not be accepted. - Authors whose native language is not English must have their manuscript reviewed by a native English speaker or a professional editing service. A certificate of English proofreading must be submitted with the manuscript.
Peer Review Guidelines
Our journal usually follows a double peer review process. The responsibilities of reviewers and the review process are as follows:
Confidentiality
Reviewers must keep all details of the manuscript and review process confidential.
Objectivity
Reviews should be objective and provide constructive feedback to improve the manuscript. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate.
Conflict of Interest
Reviewers should recuse themselves if they have any conflict of interest with the manuscript under review.
Timely Review
Reviewers are expected to submit their reviews within the agreed-upon time, usually within 2 weeks.
Review Process
- Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its scientific rigor, originality, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
- Recommendations may include acceptance, minor or major revisions, or rejection.
